Problem
Most new leads go unanswered for hours. A 2026 Pied Piper study of 2,198 inquiries to 21 large real-estate brands found only 10% heard from an agent within an hour.
What I built
A configurable end-to-end system: a lead submits a form, an AI calls or WhatsApps them in seconds, qualifies them with vertical-specific questions, books a meeting and saves the lead to the CRM. Built with a Next.js demo console, n8n workflows, Vapi voice, Twilio/Meta WhatsApp, a Groq LLM, Cal.com or Google Calendar, and HubSpot or Google Sheets.

Problem
A brand-new product with no backlinks, no budget and no search presence had to become visible to Google and to AI assistants from scratch.
What I built
I built and optimized it solo for AI visibility: llms.txt, answer-first (GEO) content blocks, schema clean-up (Article with author, deduplicated breadcrumb and FAQ markup), entity signals, topic hubs with deep internal linking, plus Core Web Vitals work.
Results
- Average Google position ~68 to ~12 in 3 months (Aug–Nov 2026)
- 97 of 172 pages averaging a top-10 position; 33,086 impressions over the last 3 months
- 3,502 impressions in Google’s AI features over 3 months; cited in AI answers by ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity

Problem
A Next.js + MongoDB fashion store was slow on mobile: PageSpeed 77, LCP 4.6 s and a 312 MB image payload.
What I built
A two-day speed fix with no redesign and no new theme: diagnosed with PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals, compressed, converted and resized images, fixed render-blocking scripts and third-party apps, fixed rendering issues, and delivered a before/after report.

- Mobile PageSpeed 77 to 99
- LCP 4.6 s to 2.1 s
- Image payload 312 MB to 15 MB; accessibility score 85 to 100

Problem
Aitek Solutions, a US-based software house in Chicago, ran client onboarding and delivery over scattered docs and email, and needed one platform for onboarding plus internal team management.
What I built
I led end-to-end frontend and backend development of a multi-tenant client onboarding and team-management platform: strict per-company tenant isolation; Admin, PM, Developer and Client roles; KYC onboarding; a per-service questionnaire engine; milestones and deliverable approvals; agreements with e-signatures; document management; real-time messaging and notifications; and AI-assisted features. Its reusable tenant-isolation, authentication and billing modules sped up later SaaS builds.

- Used daily by the company’s active client base

- Production-deployed with dev, UAT and production pipelines
